Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I always feel honored when a client is willing to share their story. The impact of emotional distress, relationship strain, life transition, mental health struggles, grief, trauma and self-image problems to name a few, can result to feeling stuck and hold us back from living our best selves.
I have 30 years of therapeutic experience with children, youth, teens, adults from 6 weeks to 96 years; experience with child development, family and marital issues, life transitions, inpatient and outpatient care, probation or parole adherence, end of life challenges. Being a military wife for 30 years, I understand the difficulty of deployment and reunifying the family.
I am able to provide faith based Christian counseling, using a holistic approach to treatment. While I am a Christian that does not mean I cannot help you if you are from a different faith or non-believer. I respect the cultural, religious, or spiritual differences of each person I work with.
Allow me to help you uncover your true potential. I provide a personalized approach with eclectic combinations of therapy approaches designed to meet your specific needs. Together we will develop problem solving tools and coping methods to restore your self-confidence to handle whatever comes your way.
You will not be alone in your journey.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
These services are delivered by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
