Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Dothan, Alabama. I have worked in the field of Social Work since 1999. For the first 12 years of my career, I worked for Houston County Department of Human Resources working with families experiencing issues related to abuse and neglect. Since 2011, I have worked in the field of mental health in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. For the past 5 years, I have worked with Active Duty Military and their families.
My treatment approach is to meet the client where they are in their given situation and to provide the best help that I can provide. My focus in treatment is to help the client identify and process their emotions and to help the client learn coping skills that they can apply to their situation. The specific treatment modalities that I utilize during the course of treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Supportive Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
I feel that I can be of assistance to anyone in need of counseling services. I can offer the flexibility needed for clients, especially in the age of COVID-19.
I look forward to serving clients and providing the best intervention possible.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to reach out when travel or other barriers make in-person visits difficult.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different fit would help, you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote therapy offers an accessible, practical way to address everyday mental health concerns and life transitions.
