Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I believe while I am an expert in my field, you are the expert of your life. I view counseling as an opportunity to walk side by side with my clients, and offer them support and skills while dealing with life challenges. I take a person centered and solution focused approach. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). You may not have been responsible for the things that have happened in your life. You are responsible for how you respond to those things from this day forward! You have made the first step in seeking help and I would be honored to join you in your journey.
A little more about me… I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Studies in 2008 and began working in addiction counseling in 2009. I have worked in a variety of settings including adult and juvenile criminal justice institutions, adult residential centers, and running an addiction recovery program in a homeless shelter for women and children. I have worked with the family and criminal court systems to help people along their individualized recovery journey. In 2018 I earned my Masters of Arts in Integrated Recovery and Co-Occurring Disorders and began working towards earning my independent LPC. I have extensive history in both addiction and trauma counseling and view it as a privilege when a client chooses to share their story with me.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes – remote therapy has been shown to deliver benefits comparable to traditional in-person care. This makes online sessions a practical option for addressing everyday mental health challenges.
One major advantage of remote counseling is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care over time.
Licensed professionals provide online services, and individuals may choose a different therapist at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, the combination of evidence-based approaches and convenient access makes online therapy a viable path for support and growth.
