Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Missouri. I am a certified child and adolescent therapist and this has provided 13 years of working with all ages of families in varying transitions. I have worked in a variety of settings utilizing individual, family, and group therapy to help clients move forward through their crisis to successful life patterns. The crisis may be death of a loved one, job loss, a missing toothpaste cap, running out of gas on the freeway, or any number of things that steamroll emotions into unpredictable happenings. I enjoy people and helping them problem solve. I believe help is best when desired as it increases engagement in the therapeutic process. I work to gain rapport and trust quickly by being up front, purposeful, and present with clients. A person’s time is valuable and we will use it as you direct to build an empowering experience. I look forward to working with you. Please let me know if there is a timeframe that works better for you. I’m flexible with earlier mornings, later evenings and weekends.

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
A major benefit is the flexibility it provides – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different match is needed clients have the option to switch therapists. For many people, the combination of professional support and adaptable appointment formats makes online therapy a practical and accessible option.
