Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I attained a Master’s Degree in Social Work at Walla Walla University in 2010. I have 15 years experience in mental and behavioral health working with people of all ages in both addictions and mental health. For the past 6 ½ years, I worked at the VA helping Veterans address symptoms associated with PTSD, Insomnia and nightmares, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, chronic pain, addictions, psychosis, and other mental health disorders.
I am a transpersonal therapist which means I take a holistic, therapeutic approach that incorporates spiritual wisdom and traditions with modern psychotherapies to promote healing and growth. I use a variety of evidenced-based and best practices such as: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT and CBT-CP (VA certification in chronic pain management using CBT)), and Motivational Interviewing techniques along with cultivating greater spiritual awareness to enhance interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and increase meaning and purpose in ones’ life. Overall, value is placed on self-awareness and open-mindedness for both the therapist and client in an honest, mindful, and non-judgmental space. Let’s take a healing journey together starting right where you are at to reach your goals and achieve more meaning in your life. I look forward to meeting you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, remote therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions for most people.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life, whether through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to attend sessions regularly and keep therapy integrated into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they want a different therapeutic fit. For many, online therapy provides an accessible, adaptable way to pursue mental health goals and maintain continuity of care.
