Hello! My name is Krista. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 10 years. I am also a Certified Parent Coach. I have experience in counseling related to anxiety, depression, parenting, women’s issues, and postpartum mood disorders. I have also worked extensively with military families.
I approach counseling with a non-judgmental attitude and aim to create a safe space for you. Within the therapeutic relationship, we will work together to establish goals to meet your individual needs. My goal is to support you as you navigate your unique situation and challenges.
