Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! You’ve taken the first step towards making positive changes in your life and that takes such strength and courage. Therapy can be scary and difficult at times but it’s so worth it. I’m here to walk with you on your journey to wellness and empowerment. YOU CAN DO THIS!
I am a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed addiction counselor in the state of Montana. I was active duty in the U.S. Navy for 8 years. I love my job and am dedicated to helping my clients. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns like depression, anxiety, trauma, chemical dependency, crisis management, parenting, domestic violence, anger management and relationship problems.
My counseling style is interactive, validating, empathetic, and warm. I believe everyone has worth and deserves respect, compassion, and sensitivity. My approach is client-centered, strengths based and combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, psychoeducation and mindfulness. Your treatment plan is tailored to you and your specific needs.
I like homework options for clients to get the most out of our time together, so we may use books, workbooks, worksheets, helpful apps, or creative activities (like exercise, art, or writing). These are options and together we can decide on what works best for you and your needs. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to work with you on your journey.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent care while balancing other responsibilities.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and individuals may switch therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
