Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 5 years of experience working with people to make changes in their lives. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, grief, and life changing situations. My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. When working with clients I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I believe that you are the expert of your story and you possess the strength to overcome your challenges. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I am excited to meet you and work together to identify your goals and make plans to achieve them.
Many people believe their lives need to be in chaos or they need to reach their breaking point to participate in therapy, which is just not the case. Some people participate for personal growth, to improve communication with loved ones and colleagues, stress management, or to help decrease symptoms of depression or anxiety. Whatever the reason, I always tell people making the call is the hardest part. Seeking help is such a strength and everyone needs support at some point!

She recognizes that reaching out for therapy takes courage and expresses pride in those first steps.
Erin looks forward to collaborating with clients to clarify goals and develop practical plans to achieve them.
