Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Warmest welcome,
My name is Kristin Williams, MA, LPC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University in 2004, and my Master’s in Counseling from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 2006. I then went to Sam Houston State University to pursue a PhD in Counselor Education, however I began working in the private psychiatric hospital worId, and sadly am PhD-ABD. I have worked in the mental health field for over 17 years, and my expertise is related to working with individuals that experience hardships such as divorce, change, work related stress, etc, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
Over the past 11 years I have worked in hospital settings and enjoy the outside contact with clients in order to keep my clinical skills sharp and engaged. I believe in creating skills for effective coping mechanisms for overall wellness and well-being. I can collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, social service agencies. I specialize in working with ages 14 and up, and have 10 plus years experience working with those who have experienced trauma.
My therapeutic lens is Adlerian, person centered and a holistic approach, in which my clients are seen as the expert in their lives, while I assist and guide you through inner knowing, interpersonal changes, and healing.
My goal is to assist people in working towards fulfilling their fullest potential, healing inner child wounding and trauma, regaining a new perspective on life, and beginning to enjoy being “themselves” again.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which helps make therapy easier to fit into busy schedules.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and clients have the option to switch therapists anytime if they are seeking a different fit. For many, online therapy provides an accessible, practical path to addressing everyday emotional and relational concerns.
