Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Ann DePoole. So many of us have been through a difficult year and now we are again trying to readjust. I am extremely thankful that more and more people are talking openly about mental health and helping to reduce the stigma. I believe for anyone to get the most from therapy, there needs to be trust and openness between the client and therapist. I have been a therapist for 14 years, returning to school in my 40s to fulfill a lifelong dream of helping others lead their best life. I believe in mending one soul at a time.
My areas of expertise include mood disorders, co-occuring disorders, trauma and substance abuse. Some of the therapies I use are CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, traumatic incident reduction and acceptance and commitment therapy.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions – remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that online formats work well for these types of issues, offering comparable outcomes for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that best fits their needs and schedules, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it easier to maintain continuity of care and to attend sessions even when time or location present challenges.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and many people find they can switch providers if they need a different fit. For those weighing whether to try remote therapy, the combination of accessibility and demonstrated effectiveness makes it a practical option to consider.
