Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a school counselor, mental health counselor, and an LPC with ten 10 years of experience. My clientele includes children, adolescents, couples, and adults that suffer with various issues: ADHD, abuse, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, dual-diagnosis, PTSD, and substance abuse. In addition, I work with clients who have issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship and family of origin issues, and high-risk behaviors such as alcohol use/abuse,
I approach counseling from a client-centered approach in which I take a nondirective role. I will listen and try to understand things from your point of view. I will respect and protect your autonomy and self-direction. If I am unsure about anything, I will check for understanding with you, the client. Various other theories and strategies will be used based on you, the client, individual issues and needs. I work with a variety of clients in the following formats: individual and family counseling. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Counseling is a collaborative process, and you, the client, are a full partner in this relationship. I expect you to be honest, open, and have a sincere desire to change in order to maximize the benefits of each counseling session. As we work together and you have any suggestions or concerns about counseling, I expect you to share these with me so that we can make any necessary adjustments needed.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, research and clinical experience indicate that online therapy can be similarly effective to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that fits their life, whether video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to schedule and maintain consistent care.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical way to access qualified mental health support while accommodating everyday responsibilities and routines.
