Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello there! My name is Edward Vincent. I practice psychotherapy and am licensed as a Master’s Social Worker by the state of Michigan. I have 30 years of experience working with people on a variety of problems from depression and anxiety to alcohol and drug abuse. My guiding philosophy for clients is to help with their personal growth and healthy development by seeking to overcome any obstacles to this. My approach to therapy involves: listening carefully to what a client presents, doing my best to understand the nature of their difficulty , offering
empathy and constructive feedback, and working with them at changing the thoughts, feelings and behavior that interfere with their development and personal growth. To that end I am always honored and humbled to be called upon to work with someone on difficulties in their life’s journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that suits you best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. These options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or a changing routine.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different fit is needed you may switch therapists at any time. For many people, the combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical option to consider.
