Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Do you find yourself over thinking, feeling on edge, feeling out of control, or thinking that something is wrong with you? Or do you sometimes feel like you are not living life to your full potential and need a guide to empower you towards personal discovery and growth? Well, let me tell you this, you are not alone and change is possible. The information you take in daily, especially through social media, news, reading materials, and the people around you can either nourish you or add to your current discomfort. The good news is that therapy is a tool to guide you through some of life’s most difficult challenges and the skills you learn in a safe space with a therapist will help you throughout your life. You are reading this right now, which means you want something different for yourself. I can assure you that therapy is a great start to getting a better understanding of your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and even your true self.
A part of leading a full life is understanding that balance in all aspects of life is necessary for overall well being. I take a holistic mental therapy approach, which views the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected. I utilize an integrative approach that combines therapy methods, such as CBT and DBT, with alternative therapy techniques, such as creating lifestyle changes, cultivating mindfulness, tapping into your creative expression through writing or art, and/or incorporating spiritual practices that are meaningful to you.
I obtained a MSW from Columbia University and have worked with ages 8 – 105 years old (although this may shock you!) I have been a compassionate guide for clients who were experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, OCD, and grief and trauma. I will work with you to create a comprehensive plan so that you can gain the knowledge and skills to reach your desired goals and more. I am proud of your courage to reach out for guidance and support in your journey towards wellbeing. Please feel free to reach out if you would like me to be a guide on this journey with you!

Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their lives best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Each participating therapist is a licensed professional, and clients may choose to change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, convenient route to consistent therapeutic support while addressing everyday emotional and practical challenges.
