Her practice is intended to be a safe, nonjudgmental, understanding, and encouraging space where clients can heal, move toward forgiveness, let go of what holds them back, and push forward to the life they want. H.E.L.P. is here.
Prospective clients should note that, if Wright appears to be a potential fit, there are documentation expectations that must be met immediately after scheduling. Due to federal health laws and regulations set by the Board of Behavioral Sciences, the organization that monitors her license, the following information is required before an appointment is confirmed: full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, the physical address where the client will be located during the session, the name of the local police department that serves that address, the name/relationship/phone number of a local emergency contact, any medications being taken and the name of a treating psychiatrist if applicable, and an uploaded copy of a state- or federally issued photo ID. Once this information is received the appointment will be confirmed. If the information is not submitted immediately or within 24 hours of scheduling, the appointment will be delayed and removed from the schedule until the documentation is provided. All information provided is treated as confidential and will not be shared with others. Thank you for understanding.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can meaningfully help with common concerns. For many issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major advantage is flexibility - clients can connect in the format that best fits their life and comfort level, whether through video calls, telephone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Each therapist involved in online care is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, remote sessions provide an accessible and effective way to address everyday mental health needs and relationship concerns while preserving the practical benefits of flexible scheduling and varied communication methods.
