Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they would like a different fit.
