Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a registered counsellor and clinical supervisor based in Australia, with many years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges. My approach is compassionate, practical, and integrative—drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet each client where they are.
I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, spiritual concerns, and low self-worth. I also bring a strong background in supporting men’s mental health, faith-based clients, and individuals living with chronic pain or disability.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for help—but I also believe that doing so is one of the most courageous and hopeful steps you can take. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting. My role is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can talk things through, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and find a way forward—at your pace.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing a difficult decision, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients can change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, remote sessions offer a practical and effective path to support and progress.
