Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in the UK and work with clients who have experienced very challenging, and often life changing, situations.
How we view ourselves in the world (and our experiences in life) can have an enormous impact on us, both positively and negatively. I am old enough and experienced enough to have felt this impact myself. I also understand that life can take unexpected turns.
My approach is person-centred, which means that you are the expert in your world and you have the answers within you. We will work together, at a pace that’s right for you, so you can unlock your solutions. Being person-centred means that the sessions are guided by you, so if you wish to build strategies and techniques we can do that. If you wish to have the space to share what’s going on for you, working through the emotions, we can do that too. It is your therapy and you get to bring anything you wish. It can feel challenging at times, but the positive changes you feel will make it a worthwhile journey.
I am a very down to earth person and I am always inspired by the hard work my clients put into processing their concerns, improving their lives and finding their authentic selves.
I work in private practice, I volunteer my services to a local mental health charity and I work therapeutically with members of my school community. I support children and their families through challenging times.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, depression and ADHD and ASC/D, work related stress and much more. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where your thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and can be daunting. But I am here to support you in that process, providing you with warmth, safety and empathy as you begin your journey towards a more fulfilled you.
I have also recently published a guided journal on Amazon – 365: A Year of Self-Discovery. My aim is to provide the tools for exploration and understanding to as many people as possible!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most typical issues.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
All participating professionals are licensed therapists, and if someone feels a different fit would be better they are able to switch therapists at any time.
