Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My practice spans over 30 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), psychotherapist and Behavioral Health Specialist working with diverse populations and age ranges in a variety of practice settings.I am a Certified Advanced Clinician through the Institute For Imago Therapy, Imago Relationships International helping people to work with the intentional process of deepening mind body awareness, and achieve emotional regulation, self acceptance and integration. I am also a Medicare provider and I enjoy working with the elderly as they navigate the life stage of generativity vs. chaos and despair, and reframe for balance and stabilization while managing life stressors, grief work and associated disruption. In addition I am a music educator, and a performing musician as a jazz pianist and producer of concert events. My two careers present opportunities to work with artists in their creative processes, and to apply this as therapeutic enhancement of the medical model as needed for symptom management.
My practice fosters discovering your inner wisdom, clarity, self-worth, humor, and spontaneous nature while knowing your limits and boundaries, and applying self-support and self-care practices. This is enhanced through structured meditation/relaxation techniques to go within, to cultivate solitude and ameliorate stress.
With an eclectic, holistic approach I function as a witness to your discovering inner resources for self-support, empowerment, and new meanings in the ongoing development of the self.

Many people wonder whether online therapy really works. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, research and clinical experience indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that best suits their schedule and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it simpler to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many individuals, online therapy provides practical access to care while offering outcomes comparable to face-to-face treatment for everyday mental health concerns.
