Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and you can switch to another therapist at any time if you feel a different fit would be better. For many people, accessing therapy remotely makes support more practical and achievable.
