Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
In therapy, I am straightforward and honest; sometimes, I may tell you things you might not want to hear. However, I will always do it for your best interest from a kind and compassionate place. I hope you feel comfortable enough to show all different emotions while noticing that how you experience life is not black and white. By acknowledging challenging moments, you may also see moments of light and laughter while noticing the pain you may be carrying inside. My goal is to provide a space for you to express yourself freely without judgment so you can live with purpose and move forward toward a meaningful direction in life.
In my professional experience, I’ve worked with children, teenagers, adults, and couples in private practice, clinical settings, public and private hospitals, universities and corporate organisations. I have experience supporting individuals with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).
My multicultural background and mixed racial(Japanese/Ghanaian) and cultural (Australian) identity have influenced my approach to psychology. My unique experiences allow me to integrate Eastern and Western methods into my practice. Exposure to different cultures and travelling has equipped me to understand and support individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
Outside of therapy, I have many hobbies, including drawing, painting, running, and crocheting. I also love cozy fiction and exercising at the gym.

Many people ask whether online therapy really helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can choose the contact method that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many, online work is an accessible, practical way to get regular support without sacrificing quality of care.
