Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Don’t you just hate not being listened to or being told what to do? Its so frustrating being treated as if you need to be fixed, always hearing about what others would do if they were you, or assumptions being made about how you feel. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to talk about what’s important to you, how you feel & what it is that you want? Friends & family may mean well, but they have a vested interest in you & will mostly want to just fix things – being really really listened to is different & where I come in. I am here to be by your side with whatever is going on & help you make sense of where you are in your life. No feelings are too much to share & no problem is too big. Therapy with me means you don’t have to filter for fear of upsetting someone or repeating yourself & all parts of you are welcome. I have 5 years experience of working with generalised anxiety, panic, grief & loss (not just bereavements), & with victims of sexual trauma. My previous experience as a nurse means I am well equipped to work with health anxiety as well as living with chronic medical conditions or life changing diagnoses. Likewise if a loved one has major health issues or you suddenly find yourself as a carer, I’m hear to listen & support you. Getting the right help is hard as can be therapy itself, but I’m here to help you through & my job is to make the process as easy as possible. I’d love the opportunity to hear your story & I am interested in you, so please get in touch

Tracy Campbell understands how frustrating it can be to feel unheard or to be told what to do. She offers a space where people can talk about what matters to them, how they feel and what they want without being judged or directed.
Rather than trying to fix someone, Tracy listens and stays by a person’s side as they make sense of where they are in life. No feeling is too much to share and no problem is too large. In therapy with her there is no need to filter for fear of upsetting someone or to keep repeating yourself – all parts of a person are welcome.
She has 5 years of experience working with generalised anxiety, panic, grief & loss (not just bereavements), and with victims of sexual trauma. Her previous experience as a nurse means she is well equipped to support people with health anxiety, those living with chronic medical conditions or facing life changing diagnoses, and those who suddenly find themselves in a caring role for a loved one with major health issues.
Tracy aims to make the process of finding and engaging with therapy as straightforward as possible, recognising that getting the right help can be difficult and that therapy itself may feel challenging at times. She is a female, older therapist and is non-religious.
She would welcome the opportunity to hear someone’s story and is interested in the individual – contact her to start the conversation.
Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from wherever someone is located.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch therapists. Online therapy offers an accessible option for many usual psychological concerns while keeping the same professional standards as face-to-face work.
