I am skilled in addressing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger management, grief and loss, conflict resolution, mood disorders, family relational issues, co-occurring disorders, parenting skills, and trauma.
My counseling style combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, rational-emotive behavioral therapy, as well as utilizing individual strengths and coping skills to help work through identified issues.
I believe that it is important to develop a therapeutic relationship with each individual as it is an essential part of the counseling process. I believe that providing strong support helps individuals to achieve their desired goals.
