Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi. My name is Tonya and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My experience ranges from individual, family and group therapy in clinical, hospital and school settings. I have over 15 years experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family and relationship concerns, self esteem and goal setting. The majority of my work has been with adolescents and their families, and young adults. My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT) techniques to meet individualized needs.
I believe self awareness is the first step to positive change and that the therapeutic process is a safe and supportive place for that self exploration. I believe in treating individuals with respect, compassion and honesty. I desire to nurture strengths and empower individuals to overcome barriers that inhibit their health and functioning. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard and understood every session.
I am so glad you are here and I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage of remote therapy is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people facing routine mental health or relationship concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective option.
