I am licensed in Michigan with 17 years of professional work experience working with individuals, couples and groups. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, coping with grief and loss, depression, life stressors, relationships and aging. I hold additional credentials in Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of MI (CAADC).
I am creative, enjoy thinking outside the box when working with clients to locate the motivation and assist them in persevering. Therapeutic interventions utilized include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Client Centered. Having received additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
