Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
If you often feel confused by your decisions or find it hard to make them, if you’re caught up in what you did or didn’t say or do, or if “adulting” seems tougher than it should be, I’m here to help.
If you feel like you need to hide parts of yourself to feel safe, accepted or loved but feel like an imposter, not genuine, or even like a bad or evil person, let’s work through the fear and pain together.
If you struggle with people-pleasing, unrealistic expectations, or feel like nobody truly knows you—including yourself—let’s change that.
Whether you secretly harbour anger or don’t do anger at all, “can’t do boundaries”, or feel numb, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
If you feel like you’re constantly letting someone down or should be doing better but can’t explain why, I’m here for you.
Let me help you untangle this confusion and guide you towards a life where you feel genuinely you AND accepted, loved, and safe.
Hi, I’m Toni (She/Her). I am a licensed clinical counsellor and life coach in Australia with 10 years of professional work experience. I’m passionate about helping people who have always felt different and people from minority or oppressed backgrounds. I work with individuals who have faced childhood trauma, come from toxic families, have experienced family violence, identify as neurodiverse or LGBTQIA+, or have always felt different and don’t know why.
I love helping my clients see that their feelings and behaviours make sense when you understand their lived experiences that have often been denied, dismissed or belittled by others. I help clients make sense of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, fostering a deep understanding and acceptance and gain new skills and techniques to help overcome challenges.
Together, we work towards letting go of self-loathing and moving towards self-compassion and love. My mission is to support individuals in taking control of their lives and embracing the person they want to become.

Toni Davis (she/her) is a licensed clinical counsellor and life coach based in Australia, drawing on 9 years of professional experience. She supports people who find decision-making confusing, who replay past conversations or actions, or who feel everyday responsibilities are harder than they should be.
She works with individuals who feel they must hide parts of themselves to feel safe, accepted, or loved, and who struggle with feelings of being an imposter, inauthentic, or morally flawed. Toni helps people gently work through the fear and pain that results from those experiences.
Toni supports those who battle people-pleasing, unrealistic expectations, or the sense that no one truly knows them – including themselves. She also assists people carrying secret anger, those who avoid expressing anger, people who find setting boundaries difficult, and those who feel emotionally numb.
She has a focus on helping people from minority or oppressed backgrounds and individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, toxic family environments, family violence, neurodiversity, or who identify as LGBTQIA+. Toni helps clients make sense of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours by connecting them to the lived experiences that often have been denied or dismissed.
Through counselling and coaching, she guides people toward understanding, acceptance, and practical skills to manage life’s challenges. Her work aims to replace self-loathing with self-compassion and self-love, supporting clients to take control of their lives and move toward the person they want to be.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different fit they can switch to another therapist at any time.
