Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello. My name is Tiffany Wilson. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New York. I have 10-years of experience providing individual, family and couples therapy services to children, youth and adults. I work with individuals and couples coping with depression, anxiety, trauma (including child-parent), relationship and family issues. I worked in different treatment settings to include but not be limited to: outpatient mental and behavioral health, day treatment, residential mental health program, community based services, etc.
My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Trauma-Focused, Emotionally-Focused, Solution-Focused, and Relational Psychotherapy, etc. I would also describe my therapeutic approach as warm and empathetic, while empowering my clients to become the best versions of themselves. I meet my clients where they are as they are the experts in their lives. We will work collaboratively to identify, practice, and implement strategies and solutions that work best for you.
I have been married for 15 years and firmly believe that learning skills to maintain emotional wellness, will have a long-term, positive influence, on the reduction of emotional distress in all aspects of one’s life. I want to help you eliminate the stressors, anxiety, and/or depression, that may be impacting you, your relationships, and/or family.
Congratulations on making your first step towards emotional and relational wellness! Each step forward is an opportunity to let go of what you want to leave behind. I am honored that you have chosen to share your story with me. I look forward to working with you to help you heal, obtain insight for personal and relational growth, and become the best version of you!

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This convenience can make it easier to keep appointments and integrate therapeutic work into daily life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to begin or continue mental health care while maintaining the same clinical standards expected of licensed practitioners.
