Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addictions counselor who has additional specialized training in integrated trauma treatment including an evidenced based practice called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have been working with and supporting adults and adolescents in individual and group therapy for the last 20 years. I have extensive experience, expertise and training in trauma-informed evidence based practices. Throughout my practice I have partnered with individuals who are overwhelmed and have found themselves in challenging life circumstances simply due to the ups and downs that life has thrown their way and the resultant anxiety, depression, grief & loss, substance use and/or trauma.
I am committed to providing a safe, holding space for individuals who are struggling to feel seen, heard and honored. My goal is to be certain that your voice is heard and that you are able to honor your strengths and see your way to the other side of life’s challenges. With your permission, it is my goal to assist you in developing coping skills to deal with your current challenges and those you may encounter in the future. I look forward to walking alongside you as you become the strong, confident person you were always meant to be.
Thank you again for letting me introduce myself. You have taken a very big step by reaching out. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I’ll try again tomorrow.”

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes—online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This makes digital counseling a viable option for people seeking meaningful support for everyday mental health issues.
One of the main benefits of online therapy is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best: video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility helps therapy fit into busy schedules and makes consistent care more accessible.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different therapeutic fit. For many people, virtual sessions offer an effective and convenient path to addressing common emotional and relational concerns.
