My counseling style is solution based, strengths driven, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and empathy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness approach, motivational interviewing. Your sessions will be a unique experience to you and will be designed with your goals at the core. My passion is to work with individuals who need support and advocacy while they address areas in their lives they want to improve, change and/or develop. Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One key advantage is flexibility – individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that best fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it simpler to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are conducted by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone feels a different match would be better, it is possible to switch therapists. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to address common mental health concerns while maintaining the structure and professional support that therapy provides.
