I have training in Divorce Mediation and practices. I consider myself an open minded person who is more liberal in nature. I want to empower women to feel fulfilled and comfortable in their own skin. Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online will actually help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be similarly effective to traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can connect in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level – whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Another advantage is continuity of care. Licensed professionals offer the same clinical approaches as in-person work, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
Overall, online therapy provides flexible access to licensed therapists and can be an effective option for addressing many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
