Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Peaceful Greetings and Wellness! I am an Integrative Psychotherapist who is Licensed in California with well over a decade of experience working in various clinical and advocacy capacities as a Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Certified Mental Health Integrative Culinary Medicine Provider, Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200), Certified Trauma Informed Outreach Trainer, and Certified Peristeam (Vaginal steam) Facilitator in order to meet the many needs of children, families, and individuals alike. I became a Therapist because I too have experienced many types of trauma; something that overwhelms the nervous system and leaves the person unable to fully process the experience. Those overwhelming experiences that we’ve been unable to fully process have led to imbalances mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically, behaviorally, and biologically due to being unaddressed.
In conjunction with traditional psychotherapy, my approach is holistic and body inclusive as it integrates somatic (body) awareness, culture, personal beliefs/spirituality, and nutritional protocols (gut health) in order to maximize the way we bring the body into balance. My counseling style is authentic, non-judgmental, collaborative, and empowering! I believe in creating a therapeutic environment that is Trauma Informed, supportive and self-illuminating so that we can shed light on sensitive areas that need nourishing. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs while welcoming your ongoing feedback.
It is my calling to be a light guide and aid you in understanding yourself at your core. I will provide you tangible tools that are necessary for better functioning and optimal wellness. If you are ready to take steps towards healing, making peace, creating balance, and living your best life, I am here to support and empower you. You don’t have to be great to start, but you must start to be great. YOU GOT THIS and I look forward to connecting with you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy delivers meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their needs and comfort level – video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or messaging within an app – which often makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and if someone feels another therapist would be a better match, it is possible to switch providers at any time.
