Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome to my page.
I’m Tammy. I am qualified Integrative Counsellor based in Liverpool, England. I work with adults who may be experiencing issues related to stress and anxiety, depression and low mood, relationship problems and or family issues, childhood experiences and or building self-esteem and confidence.
I believe that you are the expert of your life and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
Counselling sessions may involve talking through specific issues or you might want to have more general discussions about how you’re feeling. I may offer information, suggestions and homework, but I will not tell you what you should think or do.
My counselling session are online video or phone and arranged on a weekly basis, ideally on the same day and time. I will aim to be as flexible as possible using the different ways you can communicate with me on the BetterHelp platform and we will work together to see what works best.
I look forward to supporting you on your therapeutic journey.

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, evidence indicates online therapy can be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – people can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life and personal routines.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if the therapeutic match does not feel right it is possible to switch to a different therapist. Online therapy can provide an accessible, adaptable route to support for many common mental health and relationship concerns.
