I am a registered psychodrama psychotherapist with the UKCP and NCPS, who abide by their code of ethics. My approach to psychotherapy is based on the values of creativity and spontaneity, underpinned by psychodynamic and existentialist thinking. I relocated to the UK from Hong Kong in 2021. I can speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Besides psychotherapy, I am the co-director of True Heart Theatre (Registered Charity No. 1147657), which is passionate about extending services to community & school work through Playback Theatre, Story telling and performing arts.
With 4 years of professional work experience, I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy provides a practical, effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
