Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My aim is to provide a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly and without judgement, about what is going on for you and the impact it is having on your life.
I believe counselling is a collaborative experience where we are both active participants. I won’t tell you what to do but will help you to find clarity and understanding about what is going on for you and how to best deal with things. Although we will focus on your current difficulties, I believe lasting change can only happen if you understand how your earlier experiences have shaped who you are today.
Identifying and exploring your feelings is an important part of therapy. This is not always easy as a lot of the time people suppress painful feelings. However, if you want to take control of your life rather than feel it is controlling you, you have to work to understand and accept your feelings. Therapy is about gaining self awareness so that you can make the changes you need to live a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Susannah Moody offers a calm, safe and confidential space where people can speak openly about what is happening in their lives and the effects those issues are having.
She approaches counselling as a collaborative process in which both therapist and client are active participants. She will not tell clients what to do but will support them to find clarity and to understand what is happening and how best to respond.
While the focus is on present difficulties, Susannah believes lasting change is more likely when clients also explore how earlier experiences have shaped who they are today. Identifying and working with feelings is a key part of the process, even when those emotions have been suppressed or avoided.
Therapy with Susannah emphasises building self-awareness so people can make the changes they need to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
