I am here to listen to you without judgement and to help and support you to understand what it is you need and how to achieve it. Having someone to work collaboratively and work alongside you can be really illuminating and empowering and can help you to understand your strengths. I am particularly interested the supporting people to make positive change and I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, ADHD, coping with addictions, LGTBQ+ related issues, & trauma and abuse. I believe that you have the resources that you need to be able to lead the life that you deserve and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I am also an artist and am interested in working creatively with you in order to support you in whatever you choose to bring to your sessions. I also use visualisation and grounding techniques in my sessions which will be designed and tailored around what you need. I am a qualified counsellor and my approach is Integrative .
I am currently studying for a Level 5 CBT qualification and have done additional training in Trauma work. I have recently completed some training on Narcissism in relationship so am practicing as a Narcissist Aware Therapist
