Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings! Sometimes life’s challenges will prompt us to seek support and you’ve come to the right place. Kudos to you for taking the first step in getting the support you are seeking.
I have a master’s degree in School and Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. As a School Counselor I have refined my skills in working with adolescents from diverse backgrounds. I have over seventeen years working with high school students and adults. I have worked with individuals with anxiety, suicidal thoughts, low self esteem, lack of motivation and significant trauma.
My therapeutic style is future-focused, goal-directed and focuses on solutions rather than on the problems. My assumption is that you have knowledge of what would make your life better and together we will work on solutions. My approach is collaborative, in order to achieve change. As a therapist/counselor, I am very open and you can tell me anything in a non judmental environment. I am here if you need to feel understood and you want the truth. If this is what you are looking for, you have come to the right place.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that fits their needs and schedule – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical option for many people seeking consistent, accessible support for everyday mental health concerns.
