Stephanie Rapton is a Licensed Professional Counselor (SC LPC 10978) who brings three years of clinical practice to her work with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. She frames therapy with compassion and clarity, helping clients navigate transition, identity, and the lasting effects of trauma.
Originally from Phoenix, Arizona and raised in a military family, Stephanie draws on personal insight into resilience and change to inform her trauma-informed approach. Her work integrates evidence-based methods such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Stephanie also holds a certification in holistic and integrative healing, which she uses to incorporate mindfulness and body-centered techniques for whole-person balance. She offers a warm, inclusive space and is LGBTQ+ affirming, welcoming people of diverse identities and backgrounds.
Outside of sessions, Stephanie enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog Sam, settling into a good book, and finding inspiration through travel.
