Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Stephanie, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a heart for helping children, adolescents, families, and young adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona and raised in a military family, I understand the impact of transition, resilience, and identity—experiences that shape much of my trauma-informed work today. With six years of experience in the mental health field, including three as a practicing therapist, I bring a grounded, integrative approach to therapy. My work draws on evidence-based practices such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, I hold a certification in holistic and integrative healing, which allows me to incorporate mindfulness and body-centered techniques to support healing in a whole-person, balanced way.
Whether you’re a young person struggling with anxiety, a family navigating complex dynamics, or an emerging adult finding your path, I offer a warm, inclusive space where you can feel seen and supported. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a welcoming environment for all identities and backgrounds. Outside the therapy room, I love exploring the outdoors with my dog Sam, getting lost in a good book, and finding inspiration in travel.
