Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
ABOUT ME
My goal as a therapist is to help people find healing & joy in their lives so that they can live as they were created to & reach out beyond themselves. I have been a therapist for 7 years and worked with people of all ages (children, teens, families, parents, adults, couples) using a variety of therapy modalities including: cognitive, Christian, art, and play therapies. I tend to use a strength-based approach to therapy, which means I go where my clients need/want to go and I encourage the strengths I see in them while also promoting growth in other areas. I have experience in helping people develop healthier coping skills for stress, anxiety, anger, grief & depression, as well as improve relationships with their children, spouses and extended families. Some of my favorite things to do are to help clients see the good in their lives, then dream of the future and develop practical steps towards achieving those dreams. It is very fulfilling to see people make progress in areas they desire to see change, and to recognize their own strengths!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical practice indicate that remote care works well for these types of issues, offering comparable outcomes for many people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their needs and schedule, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain continuity of care even when time or travel are barriers.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. Online therapy provides an accessible way to begin or continue mental health work while preserving the core therapeutic elements that support progress.
