Hello to you
I am a qualified person centred therapist who can help explore and understand your thoughts, feelings and actions, support you in looking to the root of a situation as sometimes a different perspective can help. Although person centred trained, I draw upon other modalities and am trained in polyvagal theory, Cruse bereavement counselling and am a certified clinical trauma specialist as well as having worked for an agency specialising in survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.
I also counsel young people through their anxieties, perhaps exam stress, self esteem, and confidence issues, suicidal thoughts and self harm etc
I look forward to meeting with you when you are ready to take that first step and supporting you in your process of growth and understanding.
Warmest wishes
Starnta

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and managing life changes – online therapy can be comparable to traditional in-person sessions for many clients.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – by video call, by phone, via live chat or through in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone feels they need a different fit they can switch therapists at any time. This combination of accessibility and professional support makes online therapy a practical option for many people exploring mental health care.
