Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a counsellor it is my job to support you to make the changes you desire in order to improve your emotional wellbeing. This means that I will work with you to find a therapy style that suits you and your current needs. I cannot and will not tell you what to do, only you can make the changes.
I work in an integrative way, this means that I use a number of different techniques and elements from different therapy models, for example humanistic, compassion focused , cognitive behavioural therapy and solution focused. I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, open and honest approach to counselling, along with a splash of creativity if desired.
I work with anyone over the age of 18 and have extensive experience of working with individuals who have experienced trauma, severe and enduring mental health illness, self-harming behaviours, suicidal behaviours or who experience intense episodes of mental health crisis. In addition to this I also have extensive experience working with stress, low self-confidence, work related issues ,bereavement, loss, anxiety, low mood and depression.
I believe that nobody should do it alone and that at times we all need someone who can walk beside us on our journey to positive emotional wellbeing.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch therapists at any time if you feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can therefore provide an effective, adaptable way to access support for many common mental health and relationship concerns.
