Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Finding the right counsellor can be tricky sometimes as this may bring up many questions like, will I feel comfortable with the counsellor? Will I be judged etc.
I can provide a safe non- judgmental therapeutic environment where you can explore, understand and heal.
Life can throw up challenges and lead to emotional instability, low mood, anxiety, stress or low confidence. There can be a loss of family or friends through bereavement, relationship issues which may sometimes trigger mood changes.
As an integrative counsellor I use different approaches/point of views to explore and understand the issues that you may bring to counselling. I am happy to tailor my work to best suit your needs to facilitate the best possible outcome. In the sessions we explore any issues that you bring and try to understand it from various perspectives such as what has caused the issue, what do you want to happen with regards to these issues, what are your options and which option works best for you!

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and major life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as in-person counselling. Evidence and client experience indicate that remote sessions work well for a wide range of everyday mental health needs.
A major benefit is the flexibility online formats provide. People can connect in whatever way suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it simpler to build therapy into a busy routine.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. This accessibility and choice often makes it easier for individuals to begin and maintain a course of support that meets their needs.
