Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Texas with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression, and LGBTQIA+. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional; I also have many years experience treating individuals with Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder and Personality Disorders. I changed careers mid-life. When I was in my forties, I realized the work I was in (business management) did not provide the sense of achievement and purpose I was looking for. I returned to school and was able to obtain my Master’s in Social Work; underwent two additional years of clinical supervision to achieve my Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, from ages 25 to 102, who all had their own unique stories to relate. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Her approach affirms that the individual is the expert on their own story and that personal strengths are central to overcoming life’s challenges. She acknowledges that reaching out for help takes courage and offers steady support for those seeking a more satisfying and balanced life.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and practice have shown that virtual sessions can address these issues successfully for a large number of people.
One of the main benefits of remote therapy is convenience. People can connect with licensed professionals in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would better support their goals.
