Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings!
My name is Sheree and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 17 years of experience in the mental health field. I am a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Board Certified Tele-mental Health Provider. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including addictions, trauma, depression, and bipolar to name a few. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential, outpatient, inpatient, in home care, and private practice. I have experience working with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds, as well as children as young as 4 years old to adults as old as 94 years of age.
My counseling style is warm and supportive. I like tackling problems head on but gentle and at the pace of each person I work with. I use two treatment approaches Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. With CBT I want to help you focus on changing behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and developing personal coping strategies. With Solution-Focused Therapy I want to help you determine your goals and help you achieve them for your present and future circumstances.
My passion lies with assisting individuals who are ready to commit to changing and for those that are hesitant. I am willing and able to commit to help in a safe and professional way to meet your goals.
I look forward to speaking with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy really helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, remote therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can choose the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video appointments, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
Licensed professionals deliver care through these channels, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, clients may switch therapists. Overall, online therapy offers an accessible option for addressing everyday mental health concerns while maintaining the core elements of effective treatment.
