I have 13yrs of experience working in the mental health field providing therapy and skills to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, as well as drug and alcohol addictions. I typically use Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and some Solution Focused techniques to support people in working through their concerns. I enjoy working with people in boosting their self esteem, confidence and awareness so that they can live the best life possible.

Many people question whether virtual therapy can deliver meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major advantage is the flexibility it offers – clients can connect in the way that best fits their needs and schedule, whether that means video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to attend regularly and integrate therapeutic work into daily life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible, practical option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
