Shelley Goldstein, M.Ed. (Master of Education) and Licensed Professional Counselor (TX LPC 76692), is a Texas-based therapist with six years of clinical experience. She brings a laid-back, compassionate demeanor shaped by her work as a school counselor and a former theatre teacher, and she currently works at a Fine Arts Academy. Shelley works primarily with teens and young adults on concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, academic and creative stress, identity exploration, relationship and family issues, trauma and abuse, grief, eating concerns, parenting challenges, depression, self-esteem, and coping with life changes. Her approach is warm and strengths-based, offering supportive guidance and practical tools, with a bit of humor when it fits. She aims to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can speak honestly, build coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence. Whether someone is new to therapy or has attended before, Shelley meets clients where they are and works collaboratively to address their goals.
