Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Shaz, welcome to my profile.
I truly believe in the power of talking, and especially in the changes that can happen when you are truly listened to. I can offer you a safe, trusting and confidential space to speak about how you feel without any judgement. I am warm and friendly and will listen to you with empathy and understanding. I aim to build a relationship which is warm and honest so we can work together to build resilience, and empower you to shine another perspective on your situation and work through what you are going through at your pace.
I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means I adapt my way of working to suit your needs and preferences. I have successfully worked with issues such as anxiety, depression, abuse, self-esteem and grief. I use techniques and interventions from a range of Counselling modalities including Person-Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic.
I am also a Counselling Lecturer and teach aspiring students on the Foundation degree in Counselling.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. Research and practice have shown that remote formats can work well for a wide range of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to choose the communication style that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy provides an accessible route to consistent support when facing common emotional and relational challenges.
