Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a therapist based in Southend on Sea, with lived experience of many issues. I have worked with clients who have stress and anxiety, relationship issues, low self esteem, clients who want anger management & motivation, and confidence. I also have lived through a life changing brain injury that affected all of my family and friends. I have used this experience with clients as well.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, be proud of yourself.
Are you a young person unsure of which direction to take? Or maybe you are older and want to change directions. Sometimes outside influences can impact you, your next step is to process this.
I look forward to working through this with you on video call. I also use messaging but only for the assessment and to arrange sessions.
My schedule is flexible too.

She believes that each person is the expert on their own story and that individuals have strengths they can draw on to overcome challenges. Sharon recognises that taking the first step into therapy takes courage and encourages people to be proud of themselves for making that choice.

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can choose the way of connecting that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and if a different fit is needed at any time, it is possible to switch therapists. For many, remote sessions offer a practical and effective route to addressing everyday mental health concerns.
