Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
✨ Welcome, You’ve Taken the First Step, and That Matters ✨
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn, I want you to know: you’re not alone. Life can be incredibly challenging, especially when you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion. I’m here to walk alongside you, to help you reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and move forward with purpose.
As an Integrative Therapist and Life Coach, I combine the depth of therapy with the forward momentum of coaching.
Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, release emotional blocks, and create a clear, empowering path toward the life you want to live.
About Me
I specialise in childhood trauma, and I’ve supported clients through a wide range of challenges including:
• Anxiety and depression
• Relationship and attachment issues
• Addiction and recovery
• Lack of direction or purpose
My background includes working with individuals, couples, and young people across various therapeutic settings. I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental presence to every session, and I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for transformation.
My Approach
My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I integrate psychodynamic exploration, uncovering how unconscious patterns shape your present, with solution-focused strategies to help you take meaningful action.
We’ll begin by identifying what you want to achieve and co-create a plan to get there.
Sessions may include reflective work, practical tools, and exercises between sessions to deepen your growth. I don’t offer one-off sessions because I’m committed to helping you experience real, lasting change.
Credentials & Continued Learning
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association for Coaching, ensuring I uphold the highest standards of ethical practice.
To continually enhance my work, I’ve completed CPD training in:
• Play Therapy
• Couples and Sex Therapy
• Working with Metaphors
• Understanding Eating Disorders
• Anger Management
• Goal Setting and Motivation
Let’s Begin Your Journey
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, I’m here to support you with kindness, clarity, and care. Together, we’ll work toward healing, growth, and a renewed sense of self.
