For me, this means taking things at your pace, and supporting you in any difficulties or challenges you want to address. I do this in an empathic and warm way. The power of listening can be so empowering.
I believe that each individual is deserving of support. Our mental and emotional wellbeing have huge impacts on how we see the world and how we live our lives, so it makes sense that we can struggle when our worlds feel a bit unbalanced. I think that therapy can be a powerful tool to help achieve balance and stability, helping us to feel a bit more ‘okay’.
