Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Sasha. I use an integrative person-centred approach to therapy and believe that each person has a unique and individual experience which cannot be worked on with a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Therefore, I aim to work with you to find what works best and to tailor each session to you and what you are experiencing in the moment.
I will provide an empathetic, understanding and non-judgemental space so that you can feel comfortable to explore your experiences and feelings. It is also important to remember that this is your space and you are welcome to explore at your own pace.
I qualified with a first class degree (BSc) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am registered with the BACP (MBACP). I have worked in various settings with a range of people experiencing different issues. Some examples of what I can support with are:
Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Family/Relationship problems, Bereavement and Loss, Self-esteem, Identity, Self-harm and Suicidal feelings. This is not an exhaustive list and I am available to discuss any support you might be looking for.
It can be scary to take the first step into getting support from a counsellor. And you are already here! Reach out for a chat and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Sasha Powell-Mason works from an integrative, person-centred approach and believes each person’s experience is unique rather than something a one-size-fits-all method can address. She collaborates with people to identify what helps and adapts each session to the individual and to what they are experiencing in the moment.
She creates an empathetic, understanding and non-judgemental space so people can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions, and she reminds clients that this is their space to use at their own pace.
