I will help you understand your situation, cope, and move through it in a productive way. I bring a unique, “no-judgement,” safe approach to help you navigate through life demands in order to achieve goals, heal, and grow. Additionally, my treatment methods are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work to build a supportive and encouraging relationship with clients through empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard while also challenging the way one thinks. As a counselor, it is my role to work with you to help you get back to a better quality of life that you desire and deserve. I am here to support you and work with you in determining which route is best for you.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit care into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if someone finds they need a different match, they can switch therapists at any time to find the best fit for their needs.
